Payment

We offer MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover. When using your credit card, please provide your credit card billing address if different from the shipping address and daytime/nighttime phone numbers. If the billing address or the security code does not match that which is on file at the financial institution, if authorization is not given for any reason, or if the issuing bank cannot support verification efforts, we reserve the right to cancel the order without notification. Please have your credit card security code available. This code allows us to further verify your card. Credit card orders without a valid security code will be subject to processing delays and our normal shipment arrival estimations do not apply. International Credit Card payments will be shipped as soon as our bank verifies customers address(2 -4 days). We will not ship internationally to an address other than the billing address.

We also offer payments by PayPal, Check or Money Order. If you pay by money order or personal check your order will be shipped as soon as it clears. Customers whose checks are returned to us because of non-sufficient funds will be charged $25.00 for handling in addition to the amount of the check. If it becomes necessary for us to use an attorney or collection agency, you will be responsible for all collection fees.

International

International customers please email us for assistance, shipping quotes, and payement terms. We strongly urge international customers to pay via PayPal. If you do not have a PaPal account please contact us about payment options.

Custom policies vary from country to country. Your orders may be subject to import duties and taxes and any additional charges for custom clearance and must be borne by you. The Toy Headquarters has no control over these charges and does not assume responsibility for the ordered goods meeting local customs laws and duties and taxes. Taxation and import duties also might not be applied if customs does not inspect your package. When ordering from The Toy HeadQuarters, you are considered as the importer of goods and must comply with all the laws and requirements of your country. Please contact your local customs office for further information.

If the package is refused and returned to us due to your refusal to pay customs tax and duties, you will be responsible for the return shipping charges and a re-stocking fee of 15 percent of your order amount. Shipping fees are not refundable. The remaining balance will then be refunded back to you.

Preorders

New merchandise is often hard to get in the amounts we would like. So to satisfy all of our customers, we now have a Preorder program, assuring you get the items you want as soon as it arrives. No need to continually check the site for arrival information. We will ship your item once we receive your Prepaid item from the manufacturer or distributor. This program was set up to save you time and insure you have the items you want as soon as they are available.

All of our prepaid preorders are processed first. Every one else will be subject to availability. Preorders are paid in full including appropriate shipping at the time of your order. Prorders are refundable, just email us at Toys@jjscloset.com or call us at 940-382-5900. All preorders that are cancelled will be subject to a 10% refund charge to offset credit card fees incurred by the charge/void and handling fees.

Customer Loyalty Program

We would like to thank everyone that has shopped with us. For those that have purchased multiple items we have set up a Customer Loyalty Program. When you place an order, our website totals up the value of all previous orders placed over the last 12 months (this is a rolling period of time) and then applies a discount rate to your order. A total of $100.00 or more in purchases in the previous 12 months will make you eligible for a 5% discount. A total of $200.00 or more in purchases will make you eligible for a 10% discount, and over $500.00 a 15% discount. These discounts are on top of our already low prices.
